Finland and the Nordic countries are among the most equal societies in the word and often regarded as pioneers of gender equality. In spite of this, there are less female entrepreneurs in the Nordics than in Europe on average. Why do Finnish and Swedish women become entrepreneurs less often than their Latvian or American peers?
