Riikka Kämppi is in charge of Libera’s finances and impact. Kämppi is a long-time professional in public relations, communication and fundraising, and she has worked in politics and with NGOs in Finland and internationally. In addition, while working as a consultant, she has developed companies' business operations.

LL.D Tero Lundstedt has been in charge of the Libera Foundation's content since January 2021. In his academic career, Lundstedt has engaged in multifaceted research activities in law and politics. Lundstedt is also an editor of Finnish Yearbook of International Law and the Founding Member and Chief Legal Council of Helsinki Law Academy.

Denis Shemyakin is responsible for Libera's event production and the development of communications. Denis has experience working on data analytics and process development. Furthermore, he has operated as the Chairman of JEF Helsinki and an International Officer of JEF Finland.
